I would buy from this company again. Although we had some problems with the color cartridges. They went over and above to make it right.These guys get the job done just fine....better than just fine really!!! HP never again...even at Costco prices!.I ordered the (2) black 62XL cartridge. The first one was done after only 40 copies. I contacted the company, asked for a replacement. After much back and forth I finally got a replacement. Meanwhile the 2 cartridge seemed to be working fine but after approx. 120 copies this cartridge was empty. I will no the asking for a replacement and I will not be using this company againThis cartridge did not work with my HP 5746 printer because it is an "HP Ptoected Cartridge" and generates an errror message. I did not try it until 11 days after the return window, so I must throw them away. Deceptive and dishonest representation of the compatability of this product. Do not buy!Good price compared to standard commercial products.
