YayI first thought these cards were terrible because the print smeared and never dried after printing on my inkjet printer. Then I realized that: They are made for laser printers, not inkjets AND I was printing on the wrong side of the card stock. This product actually worked quite well even when printing with my inkjet printer IF I made sure to print on the FRONT of the card stock. If you plan to use an inkjet printer you should buy card stock that states it is to be used with an inkjet printer. NOT this product. BUT this product did work well on my inkjet once I found out my mistake. Another example of "operator error". Always check for that before you complain. I should know that already but good to be reminded once in a while.I use these for crafting. Love duo sides. Fantastic qualityThe pricing is reasonable, but the true value is in using the Avery online trmplates to design your landscape or portrait cards, then save the PDF to print whenever you choose. The clean edge form breaks with a crisp!This is the best deal around for 200 business cards. Very easy to print and edges are clean!I don't need 500 business cards. Just a few to share with people who need to know my contact information. This product worked well, but I did have a slight issue with the plastic backing. Be sure to "snap" all the perforations first, and it will work better.Just basic cards. Ink takes a little to dry on them.I bought this slim pack of Avery clean edge business cards because I wanted to print using my HP Color Laser Jet. I had previously used older cardstock from an off-brand, and it kept getting stuck. I finally realized that the older stock was for InkJet. This product solved the problem instantly. I had no idea that cardstock used for different kind printers would not feed well -- I just thought it was a print quality issue. Nope.The clean edges are truly clean edge, although it's a bit difficult to fold away the outer frame. I used the Avery site to create the cards in a PDF file so that I could print them whenever I wanted. Although the image isn't perfectly centered on each card, it's close. You wouldn't notice this slight border misalignment unless you, like me, use an image to cover the whole card. If you use text, it shouldn't be obvious. An added logo also wouldn't be noted as wrongly placed as long as it isn't used as a background.I love the smooth surface and the edges that are so clean that they look professionally printed.-- Debbie Lee WesselmannI bought these rather than risk the cheaper Chinese stuff, but what a waste of time and money.First, the template doesn’t appear to exist on Avery.ca. Undaunted I created an account on Avery.com, uploaded the artwork, did a test print on paper and checked the dimensions and margins. Everything seemed good, loaded the first sheet and it printed short, see photo. Maybe it’s my printer, but I’ve not had trouble with card stock before.Next step was to ditch the template and do the design manually, which was a bit of a pain but it got done and I managed to print so that everything looked as it should, but then I discovered the next problem.I have to assume that Clean Edge is ironic. The instructions say to “fold forward then backward to separate cards”, but it only worked about half the time: some were great and came apart easily, others just stayed intact. Top tip, don’t try to pull them apart if they didn’t separate cleanly, see photos. I ended up trimming them manually which I could have done on regular card. Not impressed, but maybe it was a duff batch.UPDATE: I returned these and got the inkjet version instead. What a difference, work just as they are supposed to. I’m sure not everyone has the choice, but if you do I’d recommend the inkjet version.this product supposed to help save time but it is actually a waste of time. no matter i tried to adjust the printer accordingly to the app, it couldnt print it properly. after almost 24 hours try to work with the app and to find a way to print this precut card. i ended up with a white frame to prevent incorrect printing, so my card cannot be fully print out to the edge. Overall, this product is awful to work with!I went to see a professional printing office with these to get my cards printed as best as possible... even doing that, half of the sheet was destroyed by the printer and the clerk says "your sheet get stuck in the printer, sir"... Imagine if I would have done with my home laser printer ! Cheap to get cards maybe, BUT, lot of sheet are unusable at the end... may be better to see for online printing business cards instead... take a bit longer to get them, it is a bit more expensive, but they are all there and well done !Front side of the cardstock was too slick for the rollers in one of my laser printers to even grip the page. In my other laser printer, the rollers managed to grip the cardstock, but the heat caused the plastic layer in the cardstock to melt and jam inside the printer, requiring me to completely disassemble the printer to clean out the mess.
