Canon Black Toner Cartridge for imageCLASS D340 & D320 Printers - High Yield Replacement for Office & Home Printing Needs

I ordered this toner cartridge in March, figuring that my existing cartridge would soon run out of ink. In late April it finally did, and I opened the package with the toner from Amazon. To my horror, every few copies that I printed with the "new?" toner cartridge have blank streaks. I did as the directions said: took the cartridge out of the printer, rocked it back and forth a few times, then reinserted it. I am having to do this frequently. I will get a few good copies, then blank streaks again! I am angry enough that if this is not resolved to my satisfaction, I will NEVER shop at Amazon again. Over the past few years I have spent a fortune at Amazon. I think I have been sold an outdated cartridge. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
