Even though it was listed as new.....The box had been previously opened, one of the internal cardboard product supports was missing, theplastic bag the toner cartridge was already cut open, and it had toner smears on the outside of the cartridge.It looked like someone tried to install it into a printer and pulled it back out. Most of the green tape was stillintact ( the ones that you pull off at time of install ). We were desperate and needed this unit, so we installedit and it did work.I thought I could get this cheaper locally, saving shipping and all. A few calls around dispelled that notion. Amazon had it $30 cheaper and on top of that I ordered on Tuesday afternoon. Thursday morning it was at the door. This toner does fine and it lasts a looong time. Plus you don't have to be a rocket scientist to install it in the copier we use in a home business.Hard to find item for an older unit, buy while you can.Product delivered as promised. However, some toner had leaked from cartridge causing extra clean-up.What is there to review. It is what it is....THIS IS A GOOD PRODUCT, I HAVE NOT HAD ANY ISSUES WITH IT AT ALL AND IS CHEAPER THAN IN THE STORESIT DOES THE JOBThe price was excellent and the service was just as good
