Product is used, I can see toner powder in drum gears. Product description says "New Premium Compatible Drum", but it's a partially refurbished one, The only new piece is the drum cylinder, all other components (cleaning blade, gears, etc) are worn out. Drum cylinder seems to be a low quality one.Seller should sell this product as "Used"!!!I was hesitant to purchase because I've always had this belief that you need to by "brand name". Not only can I not tell the difference, which is great, the imaging unit arrived the next day. The delivery time frame was supposed to be a few business days, I was so pleasantly surprised. I will definitely order from Clearprint again… actually today, I need another imaging unit. Let's see if the service is as good.Imaging Unit was causing prints to not register (align the color properly). Swapped with a different imaging unit and it printed fine, so all I can ascertain is that this specific one was causing the printing problem.great product, good communications
