Not sure whether generic brand inks shortened life of print head, but I won't pay OEM prices. (INK came free with Epson Eco-tank replacement printer).Out of 4 ink cartridges only 3 work. Blue Ink dried up! Others were overfilled but work. No satisfaction from Amazon, was given a fictitious phone # for One Ink! Will not purchase this product again!Trying to install the ink I ended up spilling on my hands. (I now have Black/ Yellow fingers). My printer didn’t recognize saying not HP. I clicked through and ended up with very nice documents. Quality just as good as HP ink for a good value. (Wear gloves just in case)Product didn’t work as advertised. Not worth the money at all. Cheap and not compatible with my printer. There is still an error stating that the firmware of the printer is not compatible with a non HP chip. I thought when I bought these that they were avoiding this same problem.Did not work with my HP Officejet Pro 6978. Could not read chip or "click thru" the errors.
