We had issues with our OKI C-330dm arrow 980 Fuser, we research internet for 30 days review several video on Utube and other info posted by other that have OKI printer no luck and none of the posted did not solve our issue. Arrived earlier than estimated and upon examination was exactly as advertised; complete instructions and warranty/return information provided. Cannot yet comment on its performance as it will not be installed until the end of the month; however, I am confident that it will perform as expected and would not hesitate to order consumables from VPCI for my OKI Printer in the future.Perfect. Now here is my advice. Do not install off branded toner cartridges you have not used before. I had to purchase this due to toner cartridges that damaged the imaging drum, and contaminated the transfer belt with leaked toner. I probrably should have worn a mask, but oh well.Works great. Easy to install. Truly didn’t have to do much. Just watch a YouTube video to get an idea what to do depending on your model.printerNot sure why I had to replace the old belt (since the printer was doing perfectly fine with it), but the warning light came on with a message to replace it, so I did. The new belt was a perfect replacement for the old one in my C330dn printer. Slipped it in and the warnings went away. To satisfy my curiosity I put the old belt back and the warnings stayed off. My guess is that OKI wants to sell you a new belt before something really serious happens with the old one. So, my old belt has now become the "emergency spare" for next time.Received part quickly easy install.On-time and as described. Made my copier like new again. Will by from this seller again in the future.Disappointed that it was ghosting as soon as it was installed. Had to return.Got my MC561 printer up and running again.Good Product. Good delivery.
