Original Dell DJMKY Toner Cartridge for B3465dn/B3465dnf Laser Printers - High Yield Replacement Ink for Office & Home Printing Needs

I was under the impression that this was a new unit, but the box was previously opened and then taped shut. So I am unsure of the origins of the cartridge. Also a sticker from the front of the box was removed and the Dell sticker was put on there instead. There is sticker residue all over the front of the box. It makes me wonder if they are repackaging aftermarket parts and reselling them as OEM. Shipping was fast though.
