This is my first purchase of this product. As others have said, it is difficult to remove the backing paper. In my opinion, the reason is because there is not enough difference between the label and the backing. No one likes to waste time and printer ink caused by loading the labels incorrectly - which I did even after carefully studying the product. This can be remedied by 1. Put a water mark on the backing, which will also help with knowing how to load into the printer. 2. Have the label thicker than the backing. 3. Have the backing larger than it currently is in order to find the edge of the label more easily. 4. Make the label matte and the backing glossy.Any one, or a combination, of the above measures would be an improvement over the current product. As for the remainder of the product I still have, I will probably struggle to find the label side by trying to lift one edge and marking the backing on every sheet so the labels can be loaded more quickly and with the proper orientation.Would I buy again? Even though I prefer to support small business, probably not. These are simply more time consuming and frustrating than name brand labels.
